TECHNOLOGY HELP DESK
For new and returning teachers, we’d like to welcome you to the new school year and provide a refresher on how to request technical support. As the Technology Department, our goal is to ensure you have the tools and support you need to succeed in your classrooms. To respond to issues quickly and efficiently, we use a help desk ticketing system for all tech-related requests. Whether you're experiencing device issues, need login assistance, or have other tech-related concerns, this system helps us stay organized and ensures nothing gets overlooked.

When you turn in a ticket, please include your name and room number in the subject line and provide a brief description of the issue, along with the device's asset number, in the body of the email. This helps us quickly identify and respond to your request.
We also ask that you encourage fellow teachers to use this helpdesk email instead of emailing us directly. Submitting through the helpdesk keeps things organized and makes sure we can help you and students as quickly as possible
