Attention Forrest County Agricultural High School Employees (current and past):
Please be advised that under new legislation from President Biden, a new law adopts flexibility for large employers disclosing their Forms 1095-C to employees. Now, employers can meet their Form 1095 distribution requirements by posting a notice of availability and then only distributing the forms upon request. This notice is posted in order to comply with the new law. To request a copy of your 2024 Form 1095-C, please contact our Payroll Department at 601-582-4102. The FCAHS Payroll Dept. office is located at in rooms B1\B2 of the main school building located at 215 Old. Hwy 49 E., Brooklyn MS. 39425.
